I got to know Brenda when she called and asked me to rescue 3 poms that had been taken to Animal Control when their owner passed and they were not being cared for properly. I did my very best and was able to get Miss Peaches for her. Peaches is hydrocephalic and is paralyzed in the back and needs special care. When we got other dogs in and I asked for fosters she and Don stepped up. They have opened their homes to many of our rescues dogs and adopted 3 of them. Miss Peaches, Rosaleen and now Bosley. They are all special needs dogs and I could not have hoped for a better home for them all.... Brenda and Don live in Mt. Morris, MI...
